About Amy

I'm an artist and photographer creating fine art inspired by the Pacific Northwest

As an avid snowboarder, surfer, and adventurer, I love to bring adventurous memories to life through photography and art.

Memories of a place can be so powerful. The sights and smells can be imprinted in your soul. I want my work to transport you straight into the powerful presence of these wild spaces.

Bringing the beauty of the pacific northwest to your home with fine art photography

I grew up in the desert and moved to Seattle for college. I will never forget the first time I flew into Seattle. I fell instantly in love with the misty forested landscape on that cold October afternoon.

My career  as an adventure wedding photographer has taken me many beautiful places, along with my adventures as a snowboarder and surfer in the Northwest. I am happy to share these places with you through fine art photography.

Art is another way to express my connection with the great outdoors. I use primarily watercolor and ink to portray memories of my adventures in the Pacific Northwest.

The Paintings

“She lost herself in the trees, among the ever-changing leaves. She wept beneath the wild sky as stars told stories of ancient times. The flowers grew towards her light, the river called her name at night. She could not live an ordinary life with the mysteries of the universe hidden in her eyes.”

Amy Duffy

Living a creative life aligned with nature has always been a top priority for me. As a child I was always painting and drawing, and as an adult I became a photographer, inspired by the wild and beautiful places I lived and traveled to.

Sharing the beauty of the natural world with others is a true passion of mine. As a mother of two young children, I hope to raise them so that they will always be in connection with nature. Through art, I hope to inspire others to appreciate the great outdoors, so that we can leave the world a better place.
